Payment & CLAIMS

AWB ( Air Way Bill ) is issued when we export and we are sending you a copy with Invoice and Packing list 

You will get this AWB with Phytosanitary Certificate only if your order is stand-alone order or “solo-order” of 75 trays in one shipment and manage own custom clearing such as : Romania, Saudi Arabia, and so on.

However, you do not get this copy if you are buying landed cost in USA.

Our system is designed in mind that our business partner (YOU) may have many stores, many branches office and multiple locations, so you can save order list SEPARATE BY SHIPPING ADDRESS as well.

Available only if you have assigned agent and have account with the airline due to AIRLINE restriction on PAID FREIGHT AT DESTINATION.

WORLDWIDE : : CNF (Cost and FREIGHT) ONLY
AIRLINE preferred PREPAID by seller so this is a preferred price and terms.

This site is NOT handle any payment or billing.  This site only work as interactive web catalog and ordering system.

Add to Favorite Items in folder make it easier for you to re-order your favorite, inhouse or weekly order at ease without go through 100 photos each time.

Parter simply login to your account and go to items you want to add to folder. You can also save seprate folder as “myBranch1”,   “myFavorite” , “myInhouse” , “myOrchid”

Order COLOR/SPECY Restriction Strict or Flexible

CUSTOMER ORDER ID / MARK ON TRAY
We can mark tray as "INhouse" or as "JanWed" or "BobEvent" or anything you want 

STRICT with MEMO 
meaning that you do want either specific species or specific colors. Example you want yellow mokara and strict on NO SPOTTED only with any yellow ok.  
STRICT with NO MEMO
meaning CANCEL from order if not exact by color or by species or if not available 

FLEXIBLE with or with NO MEMO
meaning allow ship what’s available ranging  Example any yellow mokara ok spotted or no spotted

Please contact for each order credit note. Issue may arise from many factors in handling and logistic; ranging from human error or process error as well as nature and weather effects.

Please provide us with

• ORDER SHIPMENT Lot number
• Photos so we can determine causes or factors
• Quantity (Stems) count which are effected

PAYMENT BY CHECK

USA only : you can mail check to our company bank account in NYC (to be assigned)

PAYMENT BY ACH

USA only : you can pay to our company bank account in NYC (to be assigned)

PAYMENT BY WIRE TRANSFER

USA : can pay to our company bank account in NYC (to be assigned)
